Theatre Nurse
As part of a multidisciplined team, you will assist in all clinical areas of 152 Harley Street, London Scar Clinic and NEO Health Clinic.
You will be responsible for performing the tasks of a registered nurse, working flexibly across three main clinical areas, using your specialisms to undertake a variety of tasks across our sedation procedures, surgery and recovery.
Working with our skilled clinical team and within our wider theatre team, you need to be passionate about patient care, working co-operatively with others to support continuous improvements and ever safer surgery standards whilst being developed and nurtured by those around you to progress and develop your skills.
This is an extremely rewarding role for individuals who have experienced a day-case setting, who enjoy learning, and who can work flexibly and productively with others, playing a significant role in every patient’s life changing story.
This is a full-time permanent post but we would be open to hearing from candidates seeking to negotiate a part-time hours opportunity.
Other Roles within The London Scar Clinic
Front of House
Our Front of House team provides the first in-person impression to our patients, greeting them, making them feel at ease and providing a professional and personable service whilst supporting the team with clinical administration and billing. The skills learned at reception are integral to the patient journey and is the connecting point to most all department. The role is a rota-based, Monday to Saturday, with flexible hours spread over two shifts.
Call Handlers
Call Handlers are the first point of contact we have with each patient, receiving inbound calls from with the UK and overseas. It is a friendly and varied environment that is involved in all areas of the business and therefore is an excellent starting point to learn the business with real opportunities for progression.
Patient Services Co-ordinators
Our Patient Services Co-ordinators roles require close contact with our plastic surgeons and dermatologists and act as the first port of call for patients looking to book an appointment with us.
They then support each patient throughout their journey with the Clinic, from initial enquiry to discharge, ensure that the service they get is to the Clinic’s high standards, field their questions and queries throughout their journey and ensure the patient’s happiness with the outcome of their procedure.
Healthcare Assistant
Our Healthcare Assistants assist our clinical staff in providing nursing care of the highest quality to patients. This role suits those who enjoy being on their feet and those who are interested in establishing good relations with consultants, patients and colleagues on routine care matters. Many of our Healthcare Assistants take up nursing degrees after several years with us.
